Here, I'm at work in the summer of 1999 at Chilmark Pottery incising a vase. After it was glazed with oxide and fired it was entered at the August 20-23, 1999 annual Martha's Vineyard "Ag Fair" where it won a first prize. I also took a blue ribbon for a sculpture vase and a second prize for a glazed vase.

And here I'm teaching a pottery class.

My parents often visited me at the pottery.
